Dedicated to producing high quality Hanoverian foals

At PATCH WORK FARM all foals are the progeny of either imported SPS or Elite Hanoverian mares. The goal of our program is to produce top quality offspring that are correct, have excellent temperaments and great rideability! Foals are imprinted at birth and handled daily. Once these foals are yearlings, they are taken to breed shows for visibility and "mileage". We have several sale horses/foals available, videos too, but we encourage you to come visit! It is always better to see them live and in "person".

Imported in 2001, in foal to Don Frederico; SPS Myrtle Mae: a gray Matcho/Atatuerk mare has been truly a joy to own, she has won many breed shows and now is doing super under saddle, being shown at second level. She was the Grand Champion at Morven Park Breed Show and the Mid Atlantic Hanoverian Breeders Group Mare Show both in 2002; her daughter: Diamonds R Forever by Don Frederico, split the Reserve Grand Championship as a yearling ...6/10/04 "Dy" won her 2 year old filly class, the filly championship and the young horse championship at the VADA/Nova Breed Show! She followed right in her mother's hoofprints and came back with the exact same ribbons as her mother received at Devon two years before, history does repeat itself! "Dy" ended the year in 7th place for two year old fillies with the USDF and 7th in the young horse category with the AHS and won the VADA/Nova Young Horse award for year end. She went to the Morven Park Show 8/05, was 2nd in her 3 year old class and qualified for Devon, then was given elite eligibility at her inspection with a score of 7.33 and has since put her show/riding career on hold to become a mom. She has fulfilled her elite eligible foal requirements by producing a foal. (see Rhett Butler under foals for sale page). Since I liked this colt so much, she has been confirmed in foal to Rotspon for 2008. Also confirmed in foal is EM Graphitti (chestnut picture below)to Royal Prince (see Regalia on foal page).
